Hello! I’m Meli Mastroeni Kirkwood from Venezuela. I am a bilingual Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist, a Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist, and a doctoral candidate in Integrative Health. Additionally, I serve as an adjunct faculty member in the Health and Science Department at Purdue Global. With over 20 years of experience in performance and wellness, I have built my practice around one fundamental truth:

You can't optimize a system that's still in survival mode.

My own path through functional medicine, overcoming panic attacks after relocating from South America, rebuilding my own performance from the inside out, is what shaped how I work. I know what it feels like when your body won't cooperate despite doing everything right. And I know what shifts when you finally have the data to understand why.
